Refund policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026 Try ELMA for 30 days. If you do not love how your hair looks and feels, email us using the Contact page or the address on your order confirmation. We will refund the product price. Include your order number and a short note. Opened bottles can still be refunded within the 30-day window. Return shipping is not required unless we ask for it. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval.
